Introducing: B. Flawless, B. Colourful, B. Stunning

Monday, 21 January 2013

Boots & Superdrug seem to be fighting this on-going battle of who can have the most store-exclusive brands, as many brands such as 17, No7, Sleek, MUA, etc. are only available in one or the other.
In the next chapter of this battle of the High-Street Titans, Superdrug are releasing a new brand called B.
Yup, that's it. With the full stop.
"Introducing B. - an exciting new beauty range. From hardworking skincare to beautiful make-up, you're guaranteed too look good and feel great."
 (Dare Magazine, January/February 2013)

The brand features a wide array of skincare;
which, according to the magazine, is targeted at 'ageing' and 'mature skin', though looking at the article I'm sure a few of us spring chickens will find some of the products useful;

as well as a whole host of makeup;
Clearly there's no haircare, but maybe that's in the pipeline?

The products all have quirky little names, like "B. Cheeky Blusher" and "B. Smokey Soft Blendable Kohl Eyeliner", which I think is really fun and cute and to be honest I'm sold by the names alone!

B. claims to be 'premium beauty' though at these prices, I'm torn between hoping so, and scoffing incredulously.
The prices of the entire B. collection range between £3.50 for the B. Quick 4-in-1 Cleansing Wipes, and £15.99 for the B. Boosted Peptide Rich Elixir, with everything from skincare to base make-up to nail polish in between. My purse loves the sound of it already!

Exclusively to Superdrug, B. will be available to purchase in stores from the January 23rd, though is already available on the website at nifty introductory prices.

DISCLAIMER: In capitals, because I can hear your brains churning from here. I've scoured the internet for more information on this brand, and have found absolutely nothing. So with a lot of perusing the Superdrug website and magazine I managed to do some of my own research and this is what I've come up with. Nobody's paying me, or sponsoring me, or endorsing me - though they bloody well should, haha.
As per, I just wanted to share my findings.
And the pictures are screenshots from the Superdrug website.

Thanks for reading! :)
