March Beauty Faves!

Saturday, 30 March 2013
March is finally, finally almost over!
I always feel like this is one of the longest months of the year.
January is just plain boring, but I don't mind it because it's still pretty
cosy and everyone is either recovering from a hangover or moping about with
their post-Christmas blues. But either way everyone is in the same boat.
February is equally as boring but 1) it means that boring January is over, and we're on our
way into the rest of the year, and 2) it's the shortest month so it just whizzes past.
But then we get to March and it's like, Spring is right at the front door, but Winter
refuses to release it's clutches. Plus it's a whole 31 days long and, after February, that
just feels like a lifetime! But anyway, it's over! Finally! C'mon April, show us some
sunny love!

As March as been as boring as anything, I've taken it upon myself to brighten my
days with these amazing products;

Look Beauty Lipstick in Toffee Cup
Sleek Lipstick in 796 Smoulder
Both of these lipsticks are amazing on their own, but if I mix them I get a beautiful
candy pink shade that has been channelling an inner Easter before
 the season even got here!
Look Beauty Nail Pop in Grape Juice
Another beautiful Spring shade that I hauled way back in January (here) and recently
discussed in my Spring Nail Faves post (here).
Arm & Hammer Enamel Care Toothpaste
I also hauled this back in January (here) and whilst I can't really say that this toothpaste
has made my teeth any whiter, it always makes them really, really clean.
And you can't really go wrong with that, can you?
Collection Shimmer Shades in Way To Glow
I've been looking for something cheap and cheerful to highlight my cheek bones with and so
far this shimmer block has delivered! The four shades can be used individually as well
as together and they also double as pretty eye shadows - but make sure you put a base
down first, I like to use my next favourite...
Maybelline Color Tattoo in 35 On and On Bronze
As well as a beautiful, long-lasting eye shadow base, this badboy also look fantastic
as an eyeliner. I apply this to my upper lashline with a liner brush, and pop the next product
on my tightline. Bingo.
Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Liner in 001 Black
This guy is slowly becoming a Holy Grail product for me.
A soft, black Kohl pencil that doesn't budge no matter how hard I'm partying?
Yes please!

I'm so glad, the end of this torturous month is night!
What have your favourites been this month?
Thanks for reading!

  1. I am OBSESSED with the Scandaleyes eyesliners at the moment ... so much staying power!!!! I have been trying to decide as to whether I should invest in one of the 24 hour shadows but I think now I will definitely purchase them!

    1. I really need to add more of both products to my collection! They are seriously worth all the hype and the money and everything haha. They're on 3for2 in Boots as well, it would be rude not to really, haha. Thanks for reading sweetie :) XX
